I was about nine years old when he was murdered. I remember exploring the chicken coops years later. There was a tree lined driveway that led up to the coops. You can just about make out where the driveway was now. I recall there being an old filing cabinet and an old fashioned spring bedframe in the old broken down coop. The coop later became the home to a bunch of buzzards that would nest inside. Around 1986 or 87, another murder took place there. A man brought his lover there and stabbed him to death. From what I remember he was stabbed about 42 times and decapitated. The body was found in the shallow grave, not too far from where the chicken cubes were located. <br /> I remember driving up that driveway one night in high school with a couple of buddies and our girlfriends. I shut off the headlights, and began telling them the story.of the murders. Right at the end of my story, as no one was directly looking at me, I reached over and knocked on the window, The car was instantly filled with screaming girls! Needless to say, we didn’t do any parking there that night! Ha ha Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18434561470880413472noreply@blogger.com
